'Our hearts are broken, and we cannot begin to express how much she meant to us,' the statement read. 'We will forever cherish the love, laughter and countless memories she gave us.' Early Life and Career Beginnings
Born in Meopham, Kent, England, Bennett began performing at a young age and later auditioned for The X Factor. Although she did not win the competition, the experience led to an audition for Paradiso Girls, a group created by Pussycat Dolls founder Robin Antin. The group debuted in 2009 with the single 'Patron Tequila,' featuring Eve and Lil Jon, before disbanding the following year.
Rise to Fame with G.R.L. and LMFAO
Bennett later joined G.R.L., which gained international recognition with songs including 'Ugly Heart' and the Pitbull collaboration 'Wild Wild Love.' The group released its self-titled EP in 2014 and enjoyed chart success in several countries.
