AMC Theatres CEO Adam Aron briefly shared an account of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding celebrations before deleting the post, drawing widespread attention online. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Aron published a lengthy post on X describing his experience attending the couple's wedding at Madison Square Garden on 3 July. Although the post was later deleted, screenshots circulated across social media, offering one of the most detailed accounts of the private ceremony to emerge publicly.
Aron's Detailed Account of the Ceremony
In the post, Aron reflected on his connection with Swift, referencing AMC's partnership with Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour concert film in 2023. He also described the venue's transformation, claiming Madison Square Garden had been decorated with peach, white and green colour schemes, floral displays and large photographs chronicling the couple's lives from childhood through adulthood. Aron further described the ceremony as intimate despite reportedly welcoming around 1,000 guests. He wrote that Travis Kelce wore a white tuxedo, while Swift appeared in a white wedding gown with a long veil. The executive also praised the couple's personal vows, describing them as emotional, humorous and focused on their relationship and the joining of their families.
Officiant and Performers
While Aron mentioned an officiant leading the ceremony, he did not identify the individual. Separate reports have claimed comedian Adam Sandler officiated the wedding, while Good Morning America later confirmed that Stevie Nicks performed during the celebration.
Post-Deletion Speculation
The post's deletion has sparked speculation online, particularly as guests reportedly signed non-disclosure agreements before attending the high-profile event. Neither Swift, Kelce nor Aron has publicly commented on why the post was removed.
