Hot and Dry Weather Forecast for Sindh
Hot Dry Weather Forecast Sindh

The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast hot and dry weather across Sindh province for the next few days. According to the latest advisory, most districts of Sindh, including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and Larkana, will experience extreme heat with daytime temperatures likely to remain 3 to 5 degrees Celsius above normal.

Temperature Outlook

Karachi is expected to see maximum temperatures ranging between 38 and 40 degrees Celsius, while interior Sindh could witness highs of 44 to 46 degrees Celsius. The Met Office attributed this rise to a persistent high-pressure system over the region. No significant rainfall is anticipated during this period.

Health Advisory

Health experts have advised the public, especially the elderly, children, and outdoor workers, to take necessary precautions. They recommend staying indoors during peak heat hours (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.), wearing light-colored and loose-fitting clothes, and drinking plenty of water to avoid dehydration and heatstroke.
