In a significant crackdown on criminal activities, the Nishatabad police in Faisalabad successfully busted a four-member dacoit gang on Thursday, marking a major victory for law enforcement in the region. According to an official police spokesperson, the operation led to the recovery of looted property valued at approximately Rs 1.5 million, which included a substantial amount of cash, motorcycles, cell phones, and illicit weapons.

The police team, acting on intelligence and investigative leads, apprehended the accused individuals, who have been identified as Majid alias Maju, Umar Farooq, Usman, and Haider. During the interrogation, the criminals confessed to committing a staggering 27 dacoity crimes before the investigation team, highlighting their extensive involvement in illegal activities across the area.
