During his rigorous assessment, he imposed fines totaling Rs600,000 on non-compliant cleanliness contractors who failed to adhere to the standard operating procedures established by the Punjab government.
Specifically, during his visit to Chiniot city, the commissioner imposed a fine of Rs200,000 on the Suthra Punjab contractor due to poor cleanliness conditions. He personally inspected multiple locations where sanitation standards were found unsatisfactory and directed immediate corrective measures to address the deficiencies.

He issued stern warnings to contractors about facing strict disciplinary action in case of repeated violations.
