Saudi Cabinet Condemns Iranian Attacks on Kuwait and Bahrain

The Saudi Cabinet has strongly condemned the Iranian attacks on Kuwait and Bahrain earlier this week, as well as the continued Iranian blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

Cabinet Meeting and Official Statement

During their weekly meeting chaired by King Salman, the council of ministers described the Iranian attacks and the blockage of the waterway as a violation of international law and the United Nations Charter. The cabinet reaffirmed Saudi Arabia's solidarity with the two brotherly countries in the wake of the attacks.

Regional and International Efforts

The cabinet also reviewed Saudi Arabia's overall regional and international efforts as part of its commitment to strengthening ties of cooperation with other countries. It emphasized the Kingdom's dedication to maintaining stability and security in the region.

Infrastructure Development

Additionally, the cabinet reviewed the development paths of infrastructure in various regions of the Kingdom and their preparation to accommodate continuous growth, SPA added.
