Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun announced on Thursday that China will dispatch a high-level delegation to Iran to attend the funeral of the late Supreme Leader of Iran, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. At a regular press briefing, Guo confirmed that Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Wei, will represent China at the ceremony scheduled for July 3 in Tehran.
