Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah discussed bilateral relations with Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd, Saudi minister of state and member of the Council of Ministers, during a meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. The visit aimed to strengthen ties between the two neighboring countries.
Separate Meetings with Kuwaiti Leadership
Prince Turki held separate meetings with Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and Interior Minister Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef Al-Sabah. During these meetings, he conveyed greetings and best wishes from the Saudi leadership for the Kuwaiti people and its leadership, wishing them success and prosperity, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Delegation Details
Prince Turki was accompanied by his office director general, Hamad bin Sulaiman Al-Saleem, and the Saudi ambassador to Kuwait, Prince Sultan bin Saad bin Khalid. The delegation discussed ways to enhance cooperation and strengthen the longstanding relationship between Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
