Fox has released the first teaser for its upcoming Baywatch reboot, offering viewers an early look at the new generation of lifeguards set to continue the legacy of one of television's most iconic action dramas. The series is scheduled to premiere in January and marks the franchise's return to television decades after the original became a global phenomenon.
Cast and Characters
The teaser introduces Stephen Amell as Hobie Buchannon, who now serves as Baywatch Captain while carrying on the legacy of his father, Mitch Buchannon, originally portrayed by David Hasselhoff. The footage also features Jessica Belkin as Charlie Vale, Noah Beck as Luke and Hassie Harrison as Nat, showcasing high-energy beach rescues, training sequences and the team's camaraderie.
Additional cast members include Shay Mitchell as Trina, Thaddeus LaGrone as Brad and Brooks Nader as Selene. Social media star Livvy Dunne makes her acting debut as Grace, while David Chokachi reprises his original role as Cody Madison in a recurring appearance.
