The system will be formally inaugurated by the Speaker of the National Assembly alongside Federal Minister for IT Shaza Fatima Khawaja.

Modernizing Parliamentary Processes

Officials stated that the AI-powered system is designed to modernize parliamentary and legislative processes by making them faster, more efficient, and aligned with contemporary digital requirements. The platform will include a comprehensive suite of tools to support lawmakers and parliamentary staff. Key features include bill summarization, drafting of parliamentary questions, smart document search, speech assistance, and intelligent meeting management tools.

Advanced AI Capabilities

The system will also incorporate an AI-based conversational chatbot, along with automated retrieval of legal clauses, articles, and statutory references to assist in legislative business. According to authorities, parliamentary officers will be able to review bills within minutes, while AI-generated legislative summaries will be available in both Urdu and English.
