Rd. Rizwan Aftab Ahmed is widely acclaimed for creating "ACTIVERSE," a unique and comprehensive support ecosystem for elite athletes. This initiative provides holistic medical, nutritional, and financial assistance, acting as an unofficial safety net for the country's sports talent.

His system has been pivotal in athlete rehabilitation, injury recovery, and performance optimization. Through ACTIVERSE, he has personally mentored and supported a roster of Pakistan's top sports stars, including:

Beyond sports, Rizwan Aftab Ahmed is a clinical dietitian specializing in weight management, disease prevention for conditions like diabetes and heart disease, and nutraceuticals for longevity. Under his stewardship, National Hospital DHA Lahore has strengthened its role in clinical care, while ACTIVIT has grown into a leading nutrition brand.

The Governor also acknowledged Ahmed's impressive academic and family legacy. He is an alumnus of Aitchison College, Lahore, holds a degree from Queen's University, Canada, and has postgraduate certifications from Cornell University and Harvard Medical School. Ahmed's commitment extends to humanitarian causes through the ACTIVIT Welfare Foundation, which has delivered food, nutrition, and medical aid to children in Gaza and other underserved populations.

In his response to the honor, Rd. Rizwan Aftab Ahmed thanked Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan and reaffirmed his dedication. "I am deeply humbled by this recognition. I vow to do even more for our athletes, our healthcare system, and humanity at large, so that Pakistan shines on the world stage," he stated.
