The event was led by senior organizer Malik Muhammad Aslam Dogar and attended by prominent figures including Lahore East Zone Cricket Association President Bilal Muqeet, cricket organizer Wasif Zaman, former LRCA official Shahrez Abdullah Khan Rokhri, Ahmad Ayaz Khan, and members of the Hafeez-ur-Rehman group.
