Sindh's top administrative official took immediate action following a major fire incident at a popular Karachi shopping complex. Chief Secretary Syed Asif Haider Shah personally visited the site of the blaze at Gul Plaza on Sunday to oversee the emergency response.

In a decisive move to bolster the firefighting operation, the Chief Secretary commanded that every fire tender which could be mobilized should be sent to the Gul Plaza site. Furthermore, he instructed that additional rescue personnel be dispatched to assist the teams already working on the ground.
