In a significant breakthrough against street crime, Karachi police have successfully apprehended a wanted criminal gang that was actively terrorizing the city's industrial zones. The arrests were made during a routine patrol, leading to the recovery of illegal weapons and stolen property.

According to details provided by SSP Keamari Amjad Sheikh on Monday, the operation was conducted by personnel from the Site A Police Station. The law enforcement officers were engaged in their regular patrolling duties within the industrial areas when they identified and intercepted the suspects. The swift action prevented further criminal activities and brought the wanted individuals into custody.
Suspects, Weapons, and Stolen Goods Recovered
The arrested individuals have been identified as Ahmed, Umar, and Hamza. Upon their arrest, the police team conducted a search and recovered significant evidence from their possession. The seized items include:
- Three illegal pistols
- Four mobile phones snatched from citizens
Investigations have revealed that the gang was involved in a series of street crimes, particularly within the industrial belts of SITE, Korangi, and Landhi. Alarmingly, their criminal portfolio also included targeting women, making their arrest crucial for public safety.

A formal case has been registered against the three suspects at the Site A Police Station.
