Former KP Chief Minister Urges Swift Action on Development Projects
In a significant move to boost regional development, former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Khan Gandapur has issued clear directives for the immediate and efficient completion of all ongoing development schemes across the region. The instructions were delivered during a high-level meeting held at the Commissioner’s Office in Dera Ismail Khan on Wednesday.

The meeting saw the participation of key administrative and law enforcement figures, including Commissioner Dera Ismail Khan Division Zafar-ul-Islam, Regional Police Officer Syed Ashfaq Anwar, and Additional Deputy Commissioner General Adnan Jamil, alongside officers from various departments. A primary focus of the discussion was the review of significant delays plaguing the Lift Canal project.
Officials identified critical issues, most notably staffing shortages, that have been hampering progress. After a thorough examination of these obstacles, Gandapur took decisive action.

Ali Amin Gandapur assured the officials of the provincial government's full support to expedite all development work. He emphasized that the timely completion of these projects is paramount for delivering tangible benefits to the public.
Gandapur instructed the concerned authorities to resolve all outstanding problems without any delay and to remove every obstacle in the implementation process.
