KP Minister Reviews PHE Development Projects Progress

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Public Health Engineering (PHE) Fazal Shakoor Khan chaired a meeting on Tuesday to review the progress of new Annual Development Programme (ADP) and ongoing development schemes across the province. The session was attended by Chief Engineer Centre Amjad Shamsheer and other departmental officials.

Detailed Briefing on Water Supply and Sanitation Schemes

During the meeting, the minister received a comprehensive briefing on new and ongoing water supply, sanitation, and other developmental projects. The briefing covered challenges faced and the future course of action. Fazal Shakoor Khan stated that providing clean drinking water and improving basic facilities remains a top priority for the KP government.

Directives for Timely Completion and Quality

The minister directed authorities to ensure all projects are completed within stipulated timelines and according to prescribed quality standards. He emphasized that no compromise would be made on transparency, quality, and implementation pace. All available resources will be utilized for timely completion of public welfare schemes.

Continuous Monitoring and Obstacle Resolution

Fazal Shakoor Khan instructed officials to maintain continuous monitoring of all schemes and promptly address any obstacles hindering progress, so benefits reach the public as early as possible. The meeting also reviewed performance of ongoing schemes and discussed proposals for effective and timely completion.
