Upon his arrival, President Pezeshkian was accorded a 21-gun salute, a traditional honor reserved for visiting heads of state. Earlier in the day, Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi arrived in Islamabad as part of the delegation accompanying President Pezeshkian. Upon arrival at Nur Khan Airbase, Foreign Minister Araghchi was warmly received by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar. The leadership and people of Pakistan have extended a warm welcome to Foreign Minister Araghchi and the entire Iranian delegation.
