A high-level delegation from the Insaf Teachers' Association (ITA) held a crucial meeting with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Minister for Elementary and Secondary Education, Arshad Ayub, in Peshawar on Tuesday. The ITA delegation, led by its provincial president Arslan Zahid, included General Secretary Siraj Sehar, Senior Vice President Abdul Basit, and Vice President Hayat Gul. They presented a comprehensive list of concerns affecting educators across the province.
The association highlighted several critical issues requiring immediate attention. These included significant delays in granting time-scale benefits and promotions to eligible teachers.
