CISD OEP and Fauji Foundation Sign MoU for Ethical Overseas Nurse Recruitment to US
MoU Signed for Ethical US Nurse Recruitment from Pakistan

The College of International Skills Development (CISD) Overseas Employment Promoters (OEP) and the Fauji Foundation have formalized a landmark partnership by signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU). This agreement establishes a comprehensive legal and ethical framework to facilitate collaboration in overseas healthcare recruitment, specifically targeting the placement of qualified Pakistani nurses in the United States.

A Monumental Step for Pakistani Healthcare Professionals

This MoU is monumental in nature, as it addresses a substantial confirmed requirement from the Fauji Foundation for NCLEX-RN–qualified nurses. These nurses are sought for placement with healthcare employers in the United States, according to an official press release. The National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) is a critical, nationwide computer-adaptive test used in the US, Canada, and Australia. It is designed to assess whether a candidate is safe to begin practice as an entry-level nurse by testing critical thinking and the application of nursing knowledge, with a strong focus on client safety and care, rather than relying on rote memorization.

Ensuring Ethical and Compliant Employment Pathways

The agreement is meticulously crafted to enable the ethical, transparent, and lawful placement of qualified Pakistani nurses. It mandates strict compliance with all applicable national and international laws, regulations, and ethical recruitment standards. This collaboration aims to ensure safe, merit-based, and fully compliant overseas employment pathways, thereby safeguarding professional standards, worker rights, and the institutional credibility of all parties involved.
