Peshawar University Hosts Celebration of Women's Enterprise

The occasion was the Stall Inauguration Ceremony for the highly anticipated third edition of the Dosti Women Literature Festival (PWLF). The ceremony was formally inaugurated by Shazia Atta, the Secretary of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Commission on the Status of Women. In her address, she praised the successful partnership between the Dosti Welfare Organisation and the university. She emphasized that such collaborations are fundamental in driving the mission of women’s economic empowerment forward, providing tangible opportunities for growth and financial independence.
